To ensure a smooth appointment, please arrive on time.

- · If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
If you arrive late and I am able to accommodate you
- ✓ Full service price still applies.
- ✓ The service may need to be shortened to fit the remaining appointment time.
- ✓ I will never compromise on quality, but the original service booked may no longer be possible.
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you let me know you’re running late, I may be able to adjust my schedule, accommodate your arrival, or complete a shorter service. The sooner I know, the more options we may have available.
Drop-off & pick-up policy
Please ensure transportation is arranged before your appointment ends. If you are being picked up by a friend, family member, caregiver, or transportation service, please have your ride arrive by the completion of your service.
Why this policy exists
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, clients should not be left waiting at the salon after their appointment has ended.
- Ensure clients are safely picked up
- Allow service providers to maintain their schedules
- Prevent additional responsibilities being placed on other professionals
- Allow the salon to close on time at the end of the day
Please make arrangements for your ride to arrive before your appointment is complete. This policy applies to clients of all ages.
